DESCRIPTION
Factories Regulations stipulates that an occupier shall appoint a Lifting Supervisor before any lifting operation involving the use of any crane, mobile crane or tower crane is carried out. No person shall be appointed as a Lifting Supervisor for any lifting operation involving the use of a mobile or tower crane unless he has successfully completed a training course approved by the Commissioner.
