  5. Fasilitas service dan komunikasi: Filing system, Mailing system, Record management, Reception services, Office supplies/purchasing, Internal relations (information center, event organizing), House keeping management (5R, K3).
  6. Metode evaluasi: Dasar-dasar evaluasi, fungsi supervisi
  7. Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical):
  8. Problem: Faktor pemakai (users), Faktor perawatan (maintenance), Faktor peralatan/teknologi
  9. Solving the problem: Re-engineering System, Personnel Treatment, Technology Approach
  10. Security System: merancang sistem keamanan dan personelnya, membuat mekanisme kerja dan tanggung jawab, maintenance fasilitas vital, disain dan pemilihan material/alat yang tepat, updating peralatan, pembinaan lingkungan/keamanan kantor.
