A Distributed Control System (DCS) is a computerised control system for a process or plant usually with many control loops, in which autonomous controllers are distributed throughout the system, but there is no central operator supervisory control. DCS maintenance is important, this is all actions that are necessary to keep the DCS stay operational in its full functional state as main objective. This course will learn about how to maintain DCS.
