DESKRIPSI
This course is aimed at providing a basic level of Accident and/or Incident Investigation Awareness to people in a supervisory or above level role, and HSE officers; to develop an appropriate understanding of the key investigation principles and best practice needed; and to help equip personnel to carry out a basic Accident/Incident Investigation report.
TUJUAN TRAINING
To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skill required while carrying out an accident/incident investigation.

- The definition of Accident/Incident Investigation.
- Identifying the different causes of accident.
- Listing the investigation kits.
- Identifying the correct and systematic approach to be taken.
- Select the appropriate pieces of evidence.
- Knowing how to gather the witness testimony.
- Demonstrating report writing skill.
