OVERVIEW
Some organisations do not consider financial management a priority for themselves. This makes them less attractive for Donor Funds and Grants. Therefore, it is often the case that many of them entirely lack systems of financial planning and monitoring, which has a very adverse impact on their viability. To achieve sustainable development in the tough actuality of today Organisations managers should develop the understanding and confidence that are necessary to use funds effectively and to be compliant with the Donor Regulations. Advanced Financial Management Training course is designed to enable those involved with grant management to become efficient and effective in the acquisition and utilization of funds for development purposes, using appropriate techniques and application of accounting and finance principles.

- Manage the relationship with donors, head office and implementing partners with greater confidence
