DESKRIPSI Training Incident Investigation & Accident Analysis
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam melakukan investigasi insiden dan kecelakaan kerja secara sistematis, objektif, dan berbasis data. Peserta akan mempelajari metode identifikasi penyebab langsung maupun akar masalah (root cause), teknik pengumpulan bukti, wawancara saksi, analisis kronologi kejadian, hingga penyusunan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang.
