    DESCRIPTION

    Managing People merupakan pelatihan yang paling esensial dan komprehensif bagi seorang manajer. Seringkali masalah yang timbul sehari-hari dalam mengelola sumberdaya manusia harus berpulang pada teknik, kiat dan ketrampilan dalam mengelola sumberdaya manusia (managing people). anajerial, dan teknik goal setting yang disertai dengan praktek membuat goals yang SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, dan timely).
