DESCRIPTION
PIPEPHASE now offers the modeling capabilities needed to accurately manage and model oil or gas reservoirs by developing an interface with popular reservoir simulators— enhancing PIPEPHASE’s ability to model subsurface wells.

1. Piping & Pipeline Sizing
- How to get the pipe diameter, pipe thickness, and type of pipe that is appropriate for a fluid oil / gas with a specific composition and specific flow.

3. Pipeline Operation Principles
- Piping & Pipeline Layout,
- P&ID & Line list documentation
- Principles of Fluid Flow and Practical Flow Equation
- Multi-phase and Single-phase Oil & Gas Transportation/Transmission Practice
- Pump Operation in Oil and Water Pipeline system
- Compressor Operation in Gas Pipeline system
- Valve & control valve in line with pipeline/piping system
- Case Study with Software Simulation (ASPEN – HYSYS7.3)
4. Pipeline Construction and Installation
- Include Crossing, Tie in, & metering

5. Simulation ASPEN- HYSYS 7.3
- Compiling of composition of the fluid (specifying the composition of the fluid that comes out of wells).
- Compiling a fluid operating condition.
- Determine the diameter and pipe sch.
- Defines the distance of the pipe.
- Defining the pipe material.
- Defining the pipe frictions (elbow, valve, elevation, etc).
- Determine the pump power (liquid fluid).
- Determine the compressor power (gas fluid).
- For further piping system combined with upstream oil and gas production equipment.
