    • Application of Hydrate Calculations& Hydrate Inhibition
    • Properties of Glycols: (Molecular Weight, Boiling Point, Density, etc.)
    • Glycol Dehydration:

    – Case Study: Close system DHU Plant and Glycol Regeneration with Aspen HYSYS8 Software

    • Simulasi dan optimisasi LPG plant atau gas sweetening plant (reactor LPG/KOD/GLCC/CO2 removal)

    3. Crude oil analysis (paraffinic, naphtenic, & aromatic)

    • Emultion system analysis
    • Crude oil problems (Wax deposition, sludge analysys,hydrat,erotion, acid corrotion analysis, etc)
    • General Flow assurance
    • Heat treatment analysys, chemical injection & wax dissolver
    • Build a network of piping systems using HYSYS-FLOW ASSURANCE software
    • Piping system analysys

    – Principles of Fluid Flow and Practical Flow Equation
    – Multi-phase and Single-phase Oil & Gas Transportation
    – Material, grade pipe (API 5L),yield strength, tensile Strength, etc
    – Line sizing
    – Pressure drop analysys
    – Maximum velocity analiysys (API RP 14E)
    – Pump Operation in Oil and Compressor Operation in Gas Pipeline system

    • Case Study: Oil Flow Assurance in Piping system with Aspen-HYSYS8 software
